Step 1 Understanding your family needs
We will take care of the end-to-end process, from arranging interviews with MDWs based on your needs, to applying and submitting In-Principle Approval (IPA) for MOM approval.
Step 2 MDW Arrival in Singapore
After IPA approval, we will submit the entry approval with MOM. After entry approval, we can book air tickets and oversee arrangement of Stay Home Notice logistics.
Step 3 Stay Home Notice
In accordance to Singapore requirements, all MDWs need to serve 14-day SHN at allocated facility. We also provide pre-employment training for MDW.

Levy concession for a foreign domestic worker
If your hire falls under any of these three schemes, you can opt for a levy concession, which will lower your Migrant Domestic Worker (MDW) Levy fee. Instead of $265 per month, you pay $60 per month.
- Young child/grandchild scheme
- Aged person scheme
- Aged person scheme (MDW employer or spouse)
- Aged person scheme (parent or grandparent)
- Persons With Disabilities (PWD) scheme
- Migrant domestic worker grant ($120 per month)
Varies according to experience levels among other factors which include:
- Previous salary (past employer)
- Number of years of experience
- Specialized skill set, such as elderly care and babysitting, nursing expertise
- Household requirements
- Attitude and expectations of the MDW
